Order Processing

All our products are made to order with care and attention to detail.
Once you place an order, it typically takes 2–5 business days for your item to be produced and prepared for shipment.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are the estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or postal service delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product(s) ordered.
If you order multiple products, they may ship separately at no extra cost, as they could be produced at different facilities.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Wrong Address or Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us at support@joghut.com, and we’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs Fees (International Orders)

For international customers, customs or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns or Exchanges

Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@joghut.com with photos of the problem, and we’ll gladly assist you.
